MF775 (FR8775) is a grey 73 shore A low smoke, low toxic silicone rubber specifically designed to manufacture rubber components where fire safe materials are critical in application (Rail). MF775 Silicone Rubber sheets have excellent resistance to UV and ozone, combined with resistance to extremely low and hot temperatures (-55ºC to 200°C), making this material suitable for use as a seal in a variety of applications. MF775 is widely used by TFL on the London Underground as approved to fire safety standards EN45545-2, BS6853 Cat 1A and UL94 V-0 / HF-1.
