Class O PVC/Nitrile is a lightweight, closed cell flexible insulation foam. PVC/Nitrile foam sheets have a Class O fire classification according to BS476 part 7, good temperature range, and a combination of low thermal conductivity and high resistance to water vapour, preventing long term energy loss, moisture ingress and reducing the risk of corrosion under insulation. Die-cut gaskets are commonly used for pipework, air conditioning ductwork, hot and cold-water services, and insulation/protection against condensation, amongst a range of other applications.
