Neoprene sponge is a medium density closed cell sponge which can be used for both internal and external applications due to its good resistance to ozone, sunlight and oxidation. The closed cell structure of neoprene means it operates as an effective seal against dust and moisture ingress. Neoprene sponge has a good resistance to oils and similar properties to EPDM and Natural sponge in terms of its resilience and resistance to abrasion.
