The Pacseal Expanded PTFE Tape is an inorganic sealant for static applications made of 100% PTFE. A unique process converts PTFE to a micro-porous fibrous structure, resulting a sealant with an unsurpassed combination of mechanical and chemical properties. It is supplied with a self-adhesive strip for easy fitting. Pacseal Expanded PTFE tape is so versatile because of its capabilities to handle nearly all liquid and gases. It is usually used throughout the Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Diagnostics and General Industry. Typical applications include flanges, ducts, tanks, evaporators, pump cases, digesters, transmission cases, compressor housings, drum lids, portholes, man ways, towers, glass joints, heat exchangers and sight glasses.
