Application Guide: Dilution and Coverage: Apply Prime Exposure Retarder undiluted at 0.2-0.3 liters per square meter. Ensure the surface has been troweled, the bleed water has dried, and there is enough surface moisture for optimal pitting. Application Method: Do not trowel the product directly onto the surface. We recommend using a spray unit capable of covering the entire area in a single application for even results.
