Bengal Flea & Tick Spray for Pets contains a combination of ingredients that provide rapid knockdown and kill of the listed insects. This highly effective water-based formula can be used on pets. The combination of ingredients in Bengal Flea & Tick Spray for pets kills adult fleas and ticks on contact. The first active ingredient is the botanical, Pyrethrum [an extract of a Chrysanthemum flower], which provides effective knockdown and quick-kill of listed insects. The second active ingredient is Permethrins, a synthetic pyrethroid, which gives residual [long term] control of fleas. The third active ingredient is Nylar, the insect growth regulator which inhibits the development of the immature stages of the flea for 100 days [14 weeks] [3 months] preventing them from reaching the adult stage. Nylar is similar to insect growth hormones that occur naturally in insects”. USAGE For use on adult pets only DO NOT use on puppies under 12 weeks Paraben & dye free.Provides up to 14 weeks control of fleas. FOR USE ON PETS: Spray 8-12 inches from the pet to cover the entire coat of animal, including legs, tails and underbody (starting at the tail).
