Our Classic Alpaca (baby) is available on cones in a limited color palette. Coned yarn is perfect for machine knitting or weaving. Each generous 2.2# cone has approximately 2200 yds. This is a DK weight weight yarn which is exactly like our Classic Alpaca. It would hand knit on a US #6 needle at about 5.5 st/inch. For weaving, a sett of 10-12 works well depending on the drape desired.
